!cast ban, spectator_name - locks spectator IP from joining your stream
!cast unban, spectator_name - removes banishment lock
!cast mute, spectator_name - mutes selected spectator from chat
!cast unmute, spectator_name - removes mute
!cast show - displays the amount and nicknames of current spectators
!cast desc - change description cast
